The production
The main phases of production for craft beers are:

  • Mashing of malt
  • Sparging
  • Boiling the wort, adding yeasts and hops
  • Cooling the wort
  • Fermentation
  • Ripening
  • Filtration (if required)
  • Packaging

The main ingradients essential for the production of beer are:

  • Water
  • Malt
  • Hops
  • Yeasts

In craft beers, during the boiling procedure other ingredients are added such as spices,
honey, fruit. These can enrich the taste of the brew, or totally ruin it. We don't do that!
Our beers are all made just with those main four ingredients, finely selected and mixed.
